Simple, Honest Pricing

We quote every job on your actual space rather than reading you a rate off a page. Here is exactly what moves the number — and the price you’re quoted is the price you pay.

Not sure which one you need?

Starting with a deep clean and then moving to recurring is the cheapest long-run path for most homes — the first visit does the catching up, and every visit after that stays at the recurring rate.

How the services compare

Six services, shown by relative cost rather than a starting price — because size and condition move the number far more than which service you pick.

  • Recurring Cleaning$Weekly, biweekly or monthly upkeep at our lowest per-visit rate.
  • Airbnb Turnover$Clean, fresh linens, restock and a photo report — between every guest.
  • Standard Cleaning$$Standard cleaning for lived-in homes: kitchens, baths, floors and surfaces, done properly every visit.
  • Deep Cleaning$$$The full reset: degreased kitchens, soap scum and buildup off showers and grout, fans, blinds, and the corners a quick clean skips.
  • Move-Out & Move-In Cleaning$$$$Every interior included on an empty home — oven, fridge, cabinets, closets — with photos for the walkthrough.
  • Commercial CleaningQuoted per siteOffices, retail, gyms and salons. Scheduled around your hours.

Think of the symbols as relative effort per visit: $ is our lowest per-visit cost and $$$$ our highest. Your exact price depends on your home’s size and condition, and we confirm it before anything is booked. Commercial cleaning is quoted per site after a free walkthrough.

What moves the number

“It depends” is an unsatisfying answer. Here is what it actually depends on.

Size

Bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage. Bathrooms move the number more than bedrooms do — they simply take longer to do properly.

Condition

A home cleaned last month takes less time than one that hasn’t had a thorough clean in a year. That’s why first cleans often start as a deep clean.

Pets

Homes with pets take a little longer to clean properly, and we account for that in the quote.

Frequency

Recurring homes stay easier to maintain, so they cost less per visit than a one-time clean. Weekly costs less per visit than monthly.

Add-ons

Named, never padded: Inside the oven, including racks · Inside the fridge and freezer · Inside cabinets and drawers · Interior window glass · Blinds wet-wiped slat by slat · Baseboards and trim hand-wiped · Slider and window tracks · Garage, patio or balcony sweep-out. Each is quoted into your price before we start. Blinds are dusted on every deep and move-out clean — wet-wiping them slat by slat is the add-on. On a move-out clean the oven, fridge, cabinets, trim and tracks are already included.

Photos

A couple of photos of the kitchen and the worst bathroom let us quote heavy buildup exactly, so nothing changes on the day. Text them to (916) 249-2215.

The one thing that never changes: the price you’re quoted is the price you pay. We don’t raise it on the day, and we don’t add charges after the fact.

Pricing questions

Why a custom quote?

Every space is different — we’d rather be accurate than cheap-then-surprise-you. Your quote is free and takes just a few minutes.

How much does house cleaning cost in Sacramento?

It depends on the size and condition of your home, which is why we quote each one rather than publish a rate. From lowest to highest per visit: recurring, then Airbnb turnovers, then standard, then deep, then move-out — a move-out covers every interior in an empty home, which is why it sits at the top. You’ll get a free, tailored number before anything is booked.

How do I pay?

We accept card or Zelle. You’ll get your total up front in the quote — no deposit surprises and nothing added after the clean.

Is there a deposit?

A small deposit locks in your booking and applies to your total — you never pay extra for reserving your spot.

Do you charge more for certain cities?

No. Every city in our service area pays the same rates — there’s no travel surcharge for Elk Grove, Roseville, Folsom or anywhere else we serve.

Is there a contract?

No. Book once or book regularly — recurring service can be paused or stopped whenever you need it to be.

What if I’m not happy with the clean?

If anything’s missed, tell us within 24 hours — we come back and touch it up free.
