OUR SERVICES

Nook-N-Cranny Cleaning LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the greater Sacramento area and surrounding communities, including standard, deep, move-out, Airbnb/short-term rental, recurring, and commercial cleaning. Services are performed by vetted, background-checked independent cleaning professionals.

QUOTES & BOOKING

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and may be adjusted after an on-site assessment or if actual conditions differ from what was described. Booking is confirmed once you approve the quote and complete any required deposit.

PAYMENTS

Payment is due as described at the time of booking (a deposit may be required to reserve your appointment, with the balance due upon completion). Accepted payment methods will be communicated at booking.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Please provide reasonable advance notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee, which will be communicated to you.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we will make it right by re-cleaning the affected areas at no additional charge.

ACCESS & SAFETY

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property to be cleaned. Please secure valuables, fragile items, and pets, and notify us in advance of any hazards or special instructions.

LIABILITY

We take care in performing our services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or normal wear.

COMMUNICATIONS

By providing your contact information, you agree we may contact you by phone, text, and email regarding your inquiry and services, consistent with our Privacy Policy. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time (reply STOP to texts; unsubscribe from emails).
