Move-out cleaning in Sacramento — the interiors are included
When you hand back the keys, the landlord opens the oven, the fridge and every cabinet. So do we. Our move-out clean covers the full interior of an empty home — no add-on menu for the things an inspection always checks — and you get a before-and-after photo report to keep.

Who books a move-out clean
- Renters handing back the keys. Cleaning is one of the most common deduction items on a checkout inspection. We clean to the standard property managers actually check against, and you get photos of the finished work.
- Landlords and property managers turning a unit for the next tenant — the whole interior done to one checklist, documented, without you driving over.
- Home sellers who want the house spotless for photos, showings, or the walkthrough before closing.
- Movers-in. The best time to clean a home is while it is still empty. Book a move-in clean before the truck arrives and start from zero.
Staying put and just want a reset? That’s our deep cleaning service. Weekly or biweekly upkeep? See recurring cleans.

Before and after, from real jobs

Move-out vs. deep clean
A deep clean resets a home you still live in. A move-out clean details an empty one — which is why the interiors are part of the job, not extras, and why it’s our most complete (and highest-tier) service.

Every quote is tailored to the home’s size and condition. The price you’re quoted is the price you pay — no surprises on the day. If your home isn’t empty, start with our deep cleaning page.
Apartment and rental unit move-outs
Apartments and rental units are most of the move-outs we do — including make-readies for property managers. Same checklist, sized to the unit. If your property manager has their own checklist, text or email it with your quote request and we’ll work from both. We turn a lot of units in Davis around the leasing cycle and in Rancho Cordova, where rentals turn over fastest.
Booking a move-in clean instead?
Same clean, opposite direction: we detail the empty home before your furniture arrives — the only week it’s this easy to reach everything. Request a move-in quote and we’ll book it for the gap between getting the keys and the moving truck.
How long it takes
A one-bedroom is usually done in a morning; a two- or three-bedroom home takes a crew most of a day; large or heavily lived-in homes can need a second visit. Tell us the condition honestly and we’ll book the time it actually needs.
- 1Get your free quote. Tell us the home’s size, its condition, your move date, and whether it’ll be empty. A couple of photos help us quote it exactly — text them to (916) 249-2215.
- 2Schedule around your move. We work with your timeline — ideally after the furniture is out and before the final walkthrough.
- 3We clean everything on the list. Your team works the full move-out checklist above, interiors included, and photographs every room before and after.
- 4Walkthrough and guarantee. If the landlord — or you — flags anything within 24 hours, we come back and touch it up free.

What we promise at the walkthrough
No cleaner can promise a landlord’s deposit decision — anyone who does is selling you something. What we promise: the cleaning items on the checklist, done to inspection standard, documented in photos — and if the landlord (or you) flags anything within 24 hours, we come back and touch it up free.

Move-out cleaning FAQs
How much does a move-out clean cost in Sacramento?
It depends on the home’s size and condition, so we quote each one rather than publish a rate. Tell us the beds, baths and move date — photos by text help — and you’ll get a free, exact price before anything is booked. The price you’re quoted is the price you pay.
Is the oven really included?
Yes — oven, fridge, cabinets, drawers, closets and tracks are part of every move-out clean, not add-ons. The optional extras are interior windows, wet-wiped blinds and outdoor sweep-outs.
Does the home need to be empty?
Yes, or close to it. Inside the cabinets, the closets and behind where the furniture stood is most of what makes a move-out clean a move-out clean. If a few things will still be in place, tell us when you book and we’ll plan around them. Still living there? Book a deep clean and add the interiors you want.
How should I get the fridge ready?
Empty it, and ideally unplug it the night before so the freezer can defrost. Take everything out of the cabinets and closets too — anything left behind, we clean around.
Is a move-in clean the same thing?
Same checklist, same quote process — done after you get the keys and before the boxes arrive. It’s the easiest time the home will ever be to clean properly. Request a move-in quote.
Can you clean the same week I move?
Often, yes — but move-out dates fill fast at the end of the month. Tell us your handover date when you request the quote. On short notice, call or text (916) 249-2215 and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can fit you in.
Can you work from my property manager’s checklist?
Yes. Text or email it to us with your quote request and we’ll work from both lists. Property managers with several units can see how we work with them — COI, photo reports per unit and ACH invoicing.
What can’t a move-out clean fix?
Damage, wear and anything structural. A proper clean removes the cleaning-related deductions, which are usually the largest avoidable part of a deposit dispute — but nail holes, worn carpet, burns or broken blinds aren’t cleaning problems, and no cleaner can promise a landlord’s deposit decision. What you get from us is the checklist done to inspection standard and before-and-after photos of every room.
What if the landlord flags something at the walkthrough?
If the landlord — or you — flags anything within 24 hours, we come back and touch it up free.
